GRTIPER offers well-equipped hostel facilities to support students' academic and personal needs. Separate hostels are available for boys and girls, each featuring furnished rooms with study areas, 24/7 electricity and water supply, high-speed Wi-Fi, shared bathrooms, dining areas, and air-conditioned rooms upon request. Common rooms, recreational areas, and quiet study spaces foster a balanced environment. The hostels are surrounded by greenery and supported by essential amenities such as a departmental store, canteen (for day scholars), vehicle parking, and RO-purified drinking water.
Security is a top priority, with CCTV surveillance, security personnel, and residential wardens. Additional support includes student counselors and a resident yoga instructor. Transport services connect students to various parts of the city.
Students must reside in their assigned rooms and seek written permission for any changes or to vacate. Noise levels should be kept low to maintain a study-friendly environment. Cooking, substance abuse, and partying are strictly prohibited. Any property damage will incur penalties. Authorities may inspect rooms at any time, and ragging is banned under strict enforcement of anti-ragging policies.
Residents must obtain prior approval from parents and wardens to leave the hostel, recording relevant details in the logbook. Visitors, including parents, are allowed only during designated hours in the visitors' lounge. Entry to opposite-gender hostels is strictly prohibited.
Students are responsible for reporting electrical issues to the supervisor. Repairs are handled by in-house electricians. To conserve energy, occupants must switch off lights and fans when leaving their rooms.
