GRTIPER emphasizes the importance of sports in fostering essential life skills such as teamwork, leadership, time management, and communication. The college encourages student participation in a variety of sports at the College, University, District, State, and National levels. It offers well-maintained facilities for both outdoor and indoor games and organizes an Annual Sports Meet that garners enthusiastic student involvement.

Outdoor sports include Basketball, Cricket, Hockey, Volleyball, Ball Badminton, and Kabaddi, while indoor games feature Tennikoit, Shuttle, Carrom, and Chess. The college provides dedicated and regularly maintained spaces for key sports activities:

• Cricket Ground: Equipped with a full mat and kit, cleaned monthly.
• Football Ground: Located near the boys’ hostel, maintained monthly.
• Kabaddi Court: Seasoned monthly with wood powder for safe play.
• Volleyball Court: Available for both boys and girls, cleaned monthly.

Sports teach valuable lessons in teamwork, cooperation, and communication, which are essential for success in various aspects of life. GRTIPER vision is to make students to participate  in sports which cultivates  valuable life skills such as teamwork, leadership, time management, and communication.

The College provides ample facilities for the students to participate in sports and games in College, University, District, State and National levels competitions. The College also organizes various sports and games in our campus.Outdoor and indoor games facilities are available in the campus are effectively used by the students during and after the college hours. The college has systematized to conduct Annual Sports meet every year and it welcomes many students active participation in the  event.

The outdoor games activities are Basketball, Cricket, Hockey, Volleyball, Ball Badminton and Kabbadi, etc. The indoor games activities are Weight Lifting, Table Tennis, Shuttle, Carrom, Chess, etc.

Cricket Ground

The college maintains a Cricket Ground located in front of the College. This facility includes a Full Cricket Mat and a Complete Cricket Kit issued to students.
The ground is cleaned and maintained on a Monthly Basis, ensuring it remains in optimal condition for students to practice and play matches.

Football Ground

A Football Ground is also located in front of the boys’ hostel, providing students with the necessary space and facility to practice and play football.
Like the cricket ground, the football field is cleaned and maintained Monthly to keep it in good shape for games and training.

Kabaddi Court

The college has one Kabaddi Court, which is regularly marked and seasoned with Wood Powder to maintain the ground’s condition.
This court is seasoned Monthly, ensuring that the surface is safe and ready for play.

Volleyball Court

The college features a Volleyball Court It is located in front of the college and is designated for boys and girls
The court is cleaned and maintained on a Monthly Basis, providing students with a well-kept area to play and practice volleyball.
