Diploma : D.Pharm (2 years)

D.Pharm, or Diploma in Pharmacy, is a two-year course focused on the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed for a career in the pharmaceutical field.

The course is designed to equip students with essential knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical science and practice. Typically spanning two years, this program provides in-depth training in subjects such as pharmacology, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical chemistry, and drug regulation. It prepares students to work as licensed pharmacy technicians or assistants in hospitals, retail pharmacies, marketing representative and other healthcare settings.

The course of academic training is of 2 years duration with minimum of 180 working days per year followed by a practical training not less than 500 hours covered in around 3 months in Government Hospital / Dispensary / pharmacy.

Under Graduate : B.Pharm (4 years)

B. Pharmacy is one of the popular job oriented undergraduate degree Program among the science students after HSc. It is a four year program to be completed in eight semesters (each semester is of 6 months).

The Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is an undergraduate program that focuses on the study of pharmaceutical sciences.
